Trueindex is a prediction market for Greater China. You fund your account with stablecoins on Polygon, buy YES or NO shares in a market, and cash out to your own wallet whenever you want. Here is exactly how it works.
Placing a Prediction
Create your account
Click Sign In and register with email or a supported social provider. You must be 18+ and located in a jurisdiction where Trueindex is available.
Fund your balance
Open Deposit and choose USDC or USDT on the Polygon network. Copy the deposit address shown, then send the exact token from your own wallet or exchange withdrawal.
Send only USDC or USDT on Polygon. Funds sent on any other network (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Tron, Solana, etc.) or as any other token are unrecoverable.
Deposits typically credit within a few minutes after Polygon confirmations.
Pick a market
Browse Trending or a category like Politics, Technology, or Economy. Each market has a clear question, resolution criteria, an order book, and a live probability chart.
Choose YES or NO
A price of 0.65 means the market implies a 65% chance the event happens. If you think it is more likely, buy YES; if less likely, buy NO.
Enter your size and confirm
Type how much you want to spend. The interface shows the shares you will receive and the maximum payout ($1.00 per share if your side wins). Click Place Trade — the amount is debited from your Trueindex balance instantly.
Manage the position
You can sell back into the market at any time before it resolves, at the current price. When the market resolves, winning shares automatically pay out $1.00 each to your balance; losing shares settle at $0.
Withdrawing Your Money
Open Withdraw
Go to Withdraw from the header menu. Your available USDC and USDT balances are shown at the top.
Choose token and amount
Select USDC or USDT and enter the amount. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum size and the current Polygon network fee.
Enter your Polygon address
Paste the destination wallet address. It must be a Polygon-compatible address that supports the token you selected.
Double-check every character. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Trueindex cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address, a wrong chain, or a contract that does not support the token.
Confirm the request
Click Request Withdrawal. Your balance is debited immediately and the request enters the payout queue.
Receive on-chain
Most withdrawals settle within minutes. Larger amounts or first-time addresses may be held briefly for security screening. You will see the on-chain transaction hash in your withdrawal history once it is broadcast.
Good to Know
- All settlement happens on Polygon. Balances shown on Trueindex are 1:1 backed by USDC or USDT held for you.
- Executed trades are final. To exit a position early, sell it back on the same market.
- Resolution follows the sources listed on each market page. Disputes go to [email protected] within 7 days of resolution.
- Never share your password, seed phrase, or recovery codes. Trueindex support will never ask for them.
